We know you can't wait to wear your new item(s). That's why we pack your order as swiftly as possible.
Delivery Netherlands: 1 - 3 days
Delivery Europe: 3 - 5 days
Delivery outside EU: 5 - 7 days
Good to know that products are shipped from Monday to Saturday.
Do you ship internationally?
Yeah, we offer worldwide shipping.
How will my order be packed?
We use eco-friendly packaging materials.
Return & exchange
How can I return or exchange an item?
Did you buy something that didn't turn out to fit perfectly? No biggie! You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after purchase. You will then be credited the full order amount, excluding shipping costs.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging. We hope you understand, but we cannot refund or exchange products that appear to be worn, washed or not in their original condition.
To exercise the right of return, please return your order to the address below. We will refund the amount within 7 days from the time the product is returned in good order.

What is the return period?

Yes, the same return policies apply to sale items.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay with debit and credit cards from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and UnionPay. You can also use Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. In addition, we accept payments via Bancontact and iDEAL.
Is it secure to pay online?
Absolutely. Our transactions are carried out by Shopify Payments. Shopify is fully PCI-DSS level 1 certified.
Can I use a discount code?
Discount codes are valid only on non-discounted items.

How can I take care of my clothes?
Treat your garments like your loved one; with care and attention.
Always check the washing instructions, listed on the washing label of your item.
In general, the following rules apply:
- Maximum 30 degrees
- Leave the washing dryer unused
- Never spin too high
Are the colours of the products as shown?
We always strive to display a product accurately. But unfortunately colours may vary slightly due to, for example, screen settings.

Should I create an account to place an order?
Although creating an account has benefits, we always offer the option to order without an account.
How do I change my account details?
This can be done after you log in to your account.
